Rob Welch is a Graduate of the Missouri Auction School (Described by the WSJ as the Harvard of Auction Schools) and is a Real Estate Agent / Auctioneer Licensed in Florida and Ohio. Rob has conducted 100s’ of Auctions to date.

After moving to Bradenton Florida from Ohio, where he and his wife Joan owned an auction house and had weekly Consignment Auctions, Rob has spent a year developing and implementing his business plan to service the Bay Area Florida market. During this time Rob has had the opportuniuty to develop fine working relationships with Top Agents, Developers and Investors. Rob has gained valuable market knowledge specific to the Gulf Coast area and has now turned his attention to his passion and is dedicated to the education and promotion of sales by auction.
